Random Thought Directed

One of the new phrases that just get under my skin is "go kill yourself", this is the most asinine statement I have ever heard. In a world where life is being taken for granted, where it's o.k to make life so insignificant to utter it in everyday statements is sickening. To view people so into "catch phrases" that they remove all common sense in daily vocabulary is disturbing.  When has it become o.k to simply go with the flow of what's wrong instead of doing and acting in what's right? Don't get pulled into the indoctrination of a deadly mindset of not caring and understanding that your words hold power, even if it's just a "catch phrase."  You know better, now DO Better!

Make Sure...

Make sure the person that went to bed last night isn't the same person that has awakened this morning. Remove resentments, anger and all things that can hold you back from being the best you and bringing out the good in you and others.~RHD~

Little things

It's the smallest act that makes a world of difference. A simple hello, a exclamation of I'm thinking of you or a statement saying I haven't forgotten you.  It's the little things that make the biggest statements.~RHD~

Open Yourself

You have to open your life to the good you deserve. Stop shunning your blessings by making them have to pry your fists open to receive them....~RHD~

Thoughts in my head...

Thinking ...

I am so interested in what works to reach people to help them heal the hurts of their heart and minds... I can't compress myself or anyone else into a specific spiritual mold. I never have tried and will never subscribe to that.

I like to see that people are loved in the essence of God than conformed to be a certain way. To me, it's more important to have a healthy heart and mind full of God's love and positive expectations.  It doesn't matter to me whether you agree with me or say things the same way that I say them. What matters is that you see the God in me that challenges you to be free.

Sometimes we try to change others to what we think they need to be spiritually, mentally and physically when in reality we have to allow God to do that.

I talk to people daily about where they are in life. Are they happy and what they would do to get to a point of satisfaction. Often people are a little lost in answering the questions because they are unhappy with they way they are living. Unhappy with self and therefore unhappy in life.

It takes time to find ourselves in an essence in which we are satisfied with ourselves and others. Unfortunately, many wont be able to find their way due to being blinded by horrible part experiences.

I suppose in time one comes to the realization that beyond the realms of the very second they are in, lies great fortune that holds something more valuable than gold..... Their heart and spirit to live and rise above it all!

Just thinking.....

Exercise Your Right!

I was talking to some people about bearing arms and gun control. I think it's great that we have the "rights" to do things but when we abuse those rights or allow those rights to inundate us to a level of fear and instability that is a problem.  I say, people can bear arms it just needs to be a limit. It can't be a free for all and everyone and anybody gets it. I think the government should limit what is available and place stringent policies on obtaining them. We can't be a country of just give them anything and everything b/c they have the right. We have become a people of give me give me I am entitled it's my right that it is killing the true spirit of freedom.

Exercise your right just realize your rights shouldn't be a vehicle to be a menace to society and just because you have the right doesn't mean it can be done to a crazy extreme!

New Year New Me!

A new year is approaching. I don't make resolutions because I know I am changing and growing day in and day out. I don't need to really resolve on one day that they will be done.

I think this year has been a great year of change for me. It has taught me several things....

1. Patience, patience in understanding who I am, what I want and how I will get it done
2. Love, that loving me is most important in order to love others. I have learned that you can't force love and that many don't even really know how to love. Many don't even know how to receive the true love that I give.
3. Healing, that my healing from all ills in my life comes more than physically but spiritually and mentally. I often looked for the BAM you are healed sound, but I realized that my healing comes in waves and in the time it is meant to be. I have learned that a healing for myself can actually be my struggle in helping others to heal.

It has been a great year overall with all the trials, all of the losses, all of the laughter, all of the joy, all of the love that has been evident in my life. I can't complain. I am THANKFUL and I look forward to a New Year and a New Me!
